The enquiry form securely stores your name, email, country, service interest and message for TW Recruitment to review and respond.
Documents and applications
The document forms on this website save your file for TW staff to review. Our older application and payment portal at apply.twetemo.com remains a separate service; read its terms before submitting information or paying. Do not include passports, bank details or medical information in a general website enquiry.
Visa document uploads
Visa applications are saved separately on this website. Save your private recovery details to return to your file. We collect your contact and travel details and the documents you choose to upload for assessment and visa processing. Access is restricted to you and authorised TW staff. With your consent, TW staff download and share the required documents with Rayna Tourism LLC and the relevant visa authorities. Uploading does not submit an application to Rayna. Contact elias@twetemo.com for corrections or deletion; records needed for an active application or audit may need to be retained. Please upload only documents relevant to your application.
DOH / DataFlow document uploads
Our separate DOH / DataFlow intake collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, passport identity page, health licence, two years of experience letters, degree certificate and certificate of good standing. Only you and authorised TW staff can access your file. With your consent, staff share the required documents with DataFlow and DOH for your requested service. Uploading sends your file to TW for review; it does not automatically submit to DataFlow or DOH.
Job applications
We collect your CV, full name as shown on your passport, email, WhatsApp number, passport nationality, optional second nationality and relevant professional information to assess your application and, with your consent, share it with prospective employers. Documents are held in private storage. Your recovery key grants access to your file; keep it private. Authorised TW staff can review and download your documents. External services
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, and the application link opens apply.twetemo.com. Those services handle information under their applicable terms. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives normal web request information.
